We’ve had a complete turkey dinner from Indishpensible twice now, and for us there is no looking back. Although we both love to cook, neither one of us is particularly keen to spend the entire day in a hot kitchen prepping turkey and making all the fixings.
And with the Indish menu we find that there is still the enjoyment of the cooking, without all the shopping, chopping, and stress. The complete Christmas menu can be found here, and this year it includes the following mains:
- BC free-range non-medicated brined turkey in honey apple thyme glaze
- Roasted beef tenderloin chateaubriand in a creamy peppercorn sauce
- BC free-range brined chicken in honey apple thyme glaze
Sides include stuffing, roasted vegetables, a potato dauphinoise, and yam mash, and for desert there is choice between sticky toffee pudding (!) and a dark chocolate terrine.
Orders can be placed up until Wednesday, December 17, and can be picked up on Tuesday, December 23.
