The Kitsilano Yacht Club is celebrating their 75th Birthday this month and are having an afternoon tea on September 12th to celebrate the anniversary of the Point Grey Road club’s founding.
The afternoon event will include a slide show with recognition of the club’s athletes, including some who participated in the Canada Games. There will also be pictures of old and new members, equipment demonstrations, and a parade of past commodores.
The event is open to the public and runs from 2-5 pm on September 12th.
