Easter Chocolate Making Class at Chocolate Arts

1461

The second highest top-selling candy holiday is less than two weeks away.  While my blood sugar can certainly spike over marshmallow chicks, jellybeans, and traditional hot cross buns, no other treat captures Easter like chocolate.

If you’re too old to compete with the kids in hunting the eggs miraculously birthed by the Easter bunny, you can still join in on the chocolate fun. Chocolate Arts will be hosting a chocolate making class this Saturday, March 27th, from 9am to 12:30pm.

Along with chef and chocolatier Greg Hook, you will be making over 100 chocolates (truffles, enrobed chocolates, and even a stand-up chocolate Easter centerpiece) to take home and share (or eat yourself).

The class is $190 per person, and is limited to 12 people to ensure a hands-on experience with personal guidance. Course includes a 15% discount card on future bulk chocolate.

If you’re ready to take over the role of the Easter bunny, register at 604-739-0475 or by e-mail at info@chocolatearts.com
