Tap Map App helps you find 9 drinking fountains in Kits

1733

Metro Vancouver has developed a free iPhone app that can help Vancouverites find the closest source of Metro Vancouver tap water.

Tap Map is now available for free at iTunes and  includes the locations of over 550 public drinking fountains between West Vancouver and Langley including nine in Kitsilano proper.

If you’re a business in Kitsilano that is willing to refill anyone’s water bottle with no obligation to buy anything, get in touch to have your location added to the Tap Map App.

For more information on Metro Vancouver’s Tap Water Campaign, please check out our Tap Water pages.

Free apps for Android and BlackBerry will be available later this month.

Ever see crows frolicking about and messing in water fountains? Nasty. I wouldn’t touch fountains with a 10 foot water bottle.

  2. Bill Barilko says:

I love tap water but do take Jason’s comments to heart-better to fill up @ home.
