Spring registration is now open for VSB Continuing Education classes which are held at Kitsilano Secondary (2550 W. 10th at Larch). The courses, most of which start in mid-April, are an easy way to pick up a hobby, life skill or just meet other community members. I received an email on this from someone who’s considering taking Indian Cooking because she’s involved in a curry showdown with a neighbour.
Classes range from sporty and fun to utilitarian. Here are some examples: HTML/CSS, Bird Watching, Cooking for One or Two, Speed Dating, Belly Dancing, Cantonese, Massage, Jewellery Making, Meditation, Photography, Painting, Sewing, Woodworking and Writing.
