About Practicing Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga is first and foremost a beginner yoga series composed of 26 postures (asanas), practiced for 90 minutes in a hot room. The increased room temperature aids in warming the muscles and increasing the flexibility of the body tissues, allowing for deeper stretching and helping to prevent injury.

Toxins are released through the breath and skin by sweating. The end result is an unparalleled feeling of mental and physical well-being and relaxation.

Bikram Yoga Studio Locations

Cambie (City Square Mall) – 22-555 West 12th Ave

Hot yoga has been really good for me because although I’ve loved .Hot Yoga
    since reaching a
blissful high after my first class over ten years ago, and have gone to classes at
varying degrees of frequency over that time, my natural inflexibility has always held
me back. Even though I’m used to it, it’s always somewhat disheartening to be told
when the class is doing more challenging poses.always practise hardly or get benefits of hot yoga or body length.
