Relying on Scout Magazine, Vancouver’s best source of insider food industry news, I’m happy to report that the old Mistral space at 2585 West Broadway will soon house a take-out rotisserie joint called Nosh. The theme is “hand-crafted meals to go.” Owners Sandra Scott and Tony Scott and chef John Ly are planning to serve rotisserie everything: chicken, duck, pheasant, pork, beef, even veggies. Nosh will also be licensed with beer and wine on tap (via the Vancouver Urban Winery). Opening day is January 12.
