Free ice skating in Robson Square is a magical Vancouver Christmas tradition. Round up the kids, friends, a date–anyone who will hold hands and/or dust off your bum when you topple–and head on over this weekend. The Robson Square ice rink opens Friday, November 15, 2013 and will stay open through February 2014.
Unlike Kitsilano Ice Rink (2690 Larch Street), the Robson Square rink is outdoors and free if you BYOS (bring your own skates). Skate and helmet rentals are available for $4. The rink is open 9:00am to 9:00pm Sunday to Thursday and 9am to 11pm Friday and Saturday.
