Kits Wine Cellar has some of the worst service in the city-insufferable snobs on staff and chronically passive aggressive management do not make for a happy retail environment.

  2. Seasidecycle says:

They are not that bad. They are much better than the government shops with their grumpy union workers.

  3. Bill Barilko says:

Try Swirl in Yaletown for friendly knowledgeable Staff, outstanding selection and decent prices.
