Top Chef Canada Season 3’s Geoff Rogers of Fable is joined by fellow alumni Nicole Gomes (Nicole Gourmet boutique catering, Calgary), Dennis Tay (Richmond Station, Toronto) & Danny Smiles (Le Bremner, Montreal). All are flying in to Vancouver for a special collaborative dinner on Sunday March 2!
Each chef is creating a course for this five course, two hour dining experience (dessert will be prepared by Top Chef Canada Season 2’s Trevor Bird). Tickets are $125 (incl. tax & gratuity). The menu will not be announced until directly prior to the event.
