Kits-born Lululemon has confirmed that they will open a 4,000+ square foot flagship store at the southeast corner of Robson and Burrard Streets to open this summer.
Founder Chip Wilson made the announcement during his talk at the International Council of Shopping Centres conference in Whistler last month.
Wilson went on to discuss why he thinks Robson Street retail appears to be moving eastward towards Pacific Centre and its new Nordstrom store which is scheduled to open in the fall of 2015.
He further went on to explain how Lululemon is keen on having stores on streets as opposed to in malls.
