Darby’s Public House is a local and independent establishment that has been a part of the Kitsilano community for over 30 years. Darby’s is hosting a Superbowl Party with a tailgate inspired food menu & specials including $5.50 20oz pints of beer. Prize giveaways include not one, not two, not three, but four jerseys giveaways.
The Regal Beagle – 2283 West Broadway
The Reagle Beagle is a convenient, lively and dependable sports viewing bar. This year their Super Bowl festivities are being hosted by PREVAIL from Swollen Members with a tailgate party getting under way at noon. Shenanigans include a Hottest Wing Contest, Pint Chugging Contest, and trivia for football swag
The Kings Head – 1618 Yew Street
A short walk from Cornwall Avenue and Kits Point, the Kings Head is a a historic landmark in Kitsilano. Management tells us that “pretty much all” of their draft beer pitchers will be on special including Driftwood, Parallel 49, and Phillips. For the discerning foodies out there, you’re be able to pair your brew with $10 Roast Beef and $7 Mac & Cheese.
The Cove Pub – 3681 West 4th Avenue
The western-most pub in Kits, The Cove will have the big game on 14 HD flat screens. Pints of Canadian and Caesars will be on special all day long and they will be serving brunch until kick-off at 3:00pm. They’ll be giving away prizes, taking pools, and have even promised for free snacks.
