1. Certified Organic Facial

2. Deluxe Breakfast in Bed
Nothing quite beats a delicious breakfast in bed and it’s easy to make when you have great ingredients. Pick up some bubbly from the Kitsilano Wine Cellar, some Mixed Citrus organic cold-pressed juice from Glory Juice, then head to Whole Foods for self-bake croissants, yogurt, coffee beans for a French press, eggs for poaching, and fresh berries. Finally, get a few rustic tarts and the artisan granola from Terra Breads. Voila. A healthy and heavenly breakfast for mom (and I’m sure she’ll share).
3. Perfect Picnic at Vanier Park
How about a bike ride or stroll with mom, along part of the seawall from Kits Beach to Vanier Park, with a picnic somewhere in between? Grab a bag, fill it with a baguette, sandwiches, and salad from Terra Breads. Add some camembert, grapes, and sparkling water from Whole Foods, and finish with chocolates and pastries from Thomas Haas.
