Mission is launching a Secret Sundays happy hour with a killer cocktail program from 9pm to close. Classic cocktails will run $6 classic cocktails and it’s $5 for wine and beer. The first event takes place Sunday, September 27 with a one-off starting time of 9:30pm.
Justin Darnes is lead bartender at Mission, working closely with Marc Smolenski. The cocktail list as Mission is a blend of rarely seen classics aimed at the discerning connoisseur (but appreciated by anyone) matched by modern mixology built on an antique framework.
About Justin: Hailing from England, Justin’s has experience behind some of the world’s most reputable bars including the Savoy American Bar at London’s Savoy Hotel. His background includes stints as bar manager at the Cannes Film Festival and a graduate of the Absolut Pro Academy and Bacardi ‘Pourfection’ Pro Bartending program.
