Rocky Mountain Flatbread is on a mission to make a difference with their One Pizza, One Tree for Earth Day commitment.
The local pizza joint will be celebrate Earth Day (Monday, April 22nd) all month long by planting one tree for every pizza bought at their Vancouver locations during the month of April.
Rocky Mountain Flatbread Owner Suzanne Fielden has a goal to plant at least 6,000 trees in honour of Earth Day.
“We are partnering with Eden Reforestation Projects, a non profit organization that will hire impoverished villagers at fair wages to plant the trees in a deforested country such as Mozambique,” says Fielden.
