West 4th’s Fable Kitchen is adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic with a new take-home service daily that will leave you feeling full, and a little better about yourself.
In addition to a menu of hearty favourites which includes braised lamb shank, pasta bolognaise, and vegetarian stew, Fable is also offering a $5 “Suspended Stew” community meal option.
The $5 option gives customers the option to pay a meal (or meals) forward to deserving people in the community, whether it’s someone who may be unable to afford their meal, or frontline workers who are helping to keep our community safe.
Fable has already sold and donated 925 stews to front line workers.
Be sure to order between 8:00am and 2:00pm for same day pickup between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. All meals are fully cooked and ready to heat up at home.
