On December 7th, join the Kits Point Residence Association, the Vancouver Maritime Museum and the Salvation Army Band for a festive evening of outdoor carolling, cookie decorating, admission-by-donation to the museum and more.
The Salvation Army Band will play familiar carols outside the museum for a community sing-a-long. Lyric sheets will be available for those who need them.
All donations for this event will go to the Salvation Army.
Schedule:
5:30 – 6:30: Cookie decorating
6:30 – 7:30: Community carolling
7:30 – 8:00: Mingle & meet your neighbours
Note that social distancing and masks are recommended for carolling portion of the evening.
To participate in cookie decorating or to visit the museum, guest over the age of 12 will need to provide proof of vaccination and all guests will be required to wear a mask.
The outdoor portion of the festivities will be held in the parking lot, so parking will not be available at the museum. Paid parking is available nearby at the Museum of Vancouver/HR MacMillan Space Centre lot.
