In the next few days, owners of more than 1,076,600 properties throughout the Lower Mainland can expect to receive their 2022 assessment notices which reflect market value as of July 1, 2021.
Vancouver’s most expensive home is Chip Wilson’s Kitsilano mansion – once again.
The Lululemon founder’s pad at 3085 Point Grey Road has been assessed at $73,147,000.
At 15,694 square feet, the home sits on a waterfront lot on the exclusive “Golden Mile,” which houses many of the city’s most luxurious multi-million dollar homes. The two-storey house was custom built in 2008 with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
Wilson’s neighbour at 2815 Point Grey Road also ranked in the Top 5 for most expensive homes. Valued at $38.2 million, the property is owned by socialite and Jacqui Cohen, whose grandfather founded the Army & Navy retail empire.

No one cares about Chip’s house anymore. Every year, websites say his house went up in value. Everyone’s home went up in value.
