This year, I was pleased to see that residential parking along local, residential roads was not removed for the BMO run, and runners ran safely with ample room on the road. Kudos to those who protested the parking removal of past BMO runs, bringing the hardship to BMO organizers’ attention, especially as protesters suffered past abuse and assault for justly expressing opposition to unnecessary parking removal. And, kudos to BMO organizers this year for not unnecessarily impeding residents and their parking needs in 2022 and going forward.
