After 14 years of serving up gourmet burgers, Romer’s Burger Bar is closing its original location in Kitsilano.

Located at 1873 West 4th Avenue, the restaurant has been a staple in the neighborhood since 2010, known for its West Coast-inspired menu, casual dining atmosphere, and signature burgers that have earned it a loyal following.

The closure, set for Sunday, October 27th was recently announced on the restaurant’s social media.

Romer’s, which prides itself on using locally sourced ingredients and offering a unique, neighborhood-friendly dining experience, will continue to operate in its other Vancouver locations, including the River District and Lynn Valley.

Known for popular menu items like the Magic Mushroom Vegan Burger and the Thanksgiving-themed turkey burger, Romer’s became a beloved part of the community’s food scene.

As Kitsilano prepares to say goodbye, Romer’s invites its loyal customers to join them for a final weekend of celebration at the original location before the doors close for good.
