Kits Beach Coffee has kicked off its Après Beach Happy Hour, inviting locals and beachgoers to wind down their day with good drinks and great vibes just steps from the sand.
The new happy hour launched earlier this month and runs daily from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at the café’s cozy spot at 1945 Cornwall Avenue. The updated hours—7:00am to 7:00pm—make it easier for visitors to drop in for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Come May, hours will be extended further to catch more of the sunset.
The Après Beach menu includes $6 beers, $7 wine and cider, $8 cocktails, and handcrafted free-spirit (non-alcoholic) cocktails. Whether wrapping up a workday, a beach stroll, or a run with friends, guests can enjoy the café’s relaxed, community vibe.
“For us, it’s all about good vibes, great drinks, and a welcoming environment that feels like your home,” said James Boileau, owner of Kits Beach Coffee. “This was the plan since opening May long weekend three years ago, and we’re thrilled to now offer evening liquor and food service as the final piece.”
Morning coffee cocktails like Irish Coffees and West Coast Shafts are now also available starting at 9:00am. Remote workers are welcome to post up in the afternoon with a cold beer or a glass of wine in hand while they work.
With its prime location and approachable menu, Kits Beach Coffee’s Après Beach Happy Hour is shaping up to be a new neighbourhood favourite.
