Attend the last Kitsilano Parent/Infant Group of fall Nov. 17, to meet other infant caregivers and discuss the topic of the week: Holiday Traditions. These baby and mama/caregiver meetups are led by Public Health nurses for parents, grandparents, or any other primary caregivers and their babies, from newborn to eight months old. The group covers topics ranging from teething and dental care to infant massage to healthy feeding relationships. There is no charge and no registration required.
The group meets Thursdays 1-3 p.m. at Point Grey Community Church (3512 W 7th Ave. at Collingwood) and Thursdays 2-3:30pm at St. Marks’s Anglican and Trinity United Church (1805 Larch Street at W 2nd Ave.).
While this is the final group of the fall, it’s worth finding out what’s happening. Sessions will resume in the new year.
