What are you doing this weekend? I recommend gathering some friends and/or a date and getting tickets to Street Eats and Beats, a food cart and craft beer fest with local DJs taking place under Granville Bridge Friday, February 22 and Saturday, February 23. Tickets are available online for $30. This gets you six street food samples and two drinks. There’s also a gluten free and vegan version of the menu with tix for $20.   • Le Tigre – modern Chinese dim sum
  • Mom’s Grilled Cheese Truck – the name says it all
  • Mogu – Japanese street eats such as miso pork katsu and chicken karaage
  • Fresh Local Wild – local fish, seafood and game

  • Varinicey Pakoras – fresh veg pakoras
