The slew of athletes who turn out to compete in volleyball, basketball, and tennis at the fifth annual KitsFest are sure to make things even hotter.
KitsFest is aims to promote an active lifestyle for all walks of life. So you’ll see a wide variety of age groups and skill sets competing. KitsFest also features as an onsite interactive kids’ zone with face-painting, obstacle courses, timed fitness activities and other programs for kids and families. How to Get Involved in Community Sports
If the good old fashioned KitsFest fun reminds you of your intention to join a Vancouver community sports team, you’ll find teams looking for team members for the upcoming fall season in local classifieds. Urban Rec is another great way to meet people and play sports ranging from indoor soccer to beach volleyball. And even though swimsuit season is soon behind us for another year, we all still want to keep our backsides trim… I mean stay in shape. A one-on-one session with a Vancouver personal trainer can help you stay motivated when the weather starts to change.
