Back to School Tips
– If you haven’t been already, set an example and start reading books regularly to encourage your child to read too.
– To prepare your child for the inevitable first essay, discuss the summer events, and in particular the highlights.
– Shop together for nourishing ingredients to make snacks and lunches. You may be surprised at the healthy choices your child will make, or not…
– Get back to a consistent and early bedtime, starting this weekend!
