Robba da Matti is coming to Kitsilano but you’ll have to wait until December.
The popular Italian restaurant known for its fresh pasta is taking over the space at 1898 West 1st Avenue, which was most recently home to Cacao.
For those of you that have been in Kits for awhile, you’ll remember the location on West 1st as the long-time home of Italian eatery Epicurean Caffe, which had opened back in 1993.
This Kitsilano location will be Robba da Matti’s fourth location. The original location is in Yaletown (orginally called Yaletown L’Antipasto) and they also have locations in the West End and Gastown.
The menu at Robba da Matti focuses on traditional Italian dishes, including handmade pasta, risotto, and, antipasto.
