The merchants of West 4th Avenue are hosting KITSMAS TIME on YEW this weekend.
The family-friendly event takes place on Saturday, December 11th from 12pm – 8pm and Sunday, December 12th from 12pm – 6pm on Yew Street at West 4th Avenue.
Yewltide Stage
Discover the cozy KITSMAS TIME Tent with the YEWLTIDE STAGE showcasing live music all day. Check out the lineup of musicians online.
The Gifting Tree
The shining star in the KITSMAS TIME tent is the GIFTING TREE, filled with gifts from West 4th Avenue merchants with plenty of chances to win West 4th Avenue Gift Cards.
Jingle Bar
Visit the Phillips Beer JINGLE BAR with craft beers and holiday hot beverages. 19+ for all alcoholic beverages, non alcoholic options also available.
Photos & Letters to Santa
PHOTOS WITH SANTA for all (furry friends welcome), plus a SANTA LETTER station for kids to write a letter to St Nick and drop it in the red mailbox for us to deliver to the North Pole! Take a photo at the SNOW STATION with CYPRESS MOUNTAIN. Santa will be available both Saturday and Sunday at 1-2pm, 2:30-3pm & 4-5pm.
Gift Wrapping Station
Browse holiday gifts in the KITSMAS MARKET and have them wrapped at the GIFT WRAPPING STATION by donation to Kitsilano Neighbourhood House.
Kitsmas Lane & Photo Wall
Walk down KITSMAS LANE and take a photo at the ELFIE SELFIE PHOTO WALL thanks to TD Bank and curated by local artists, THE WKNDRS. KITSMAS LANE will also have walk-through light features and is home to the KITSMAS KRAFT Tent.
Bring an unwrapped toy or non-perishable food item to donate to the TransLink Toys for Tots! Their Holiday Bus will be parked on Yew Street, all donations will receive a one-zone compass card from @TransLink.
Wreath Making & Tree Farm
Visit the KITSMAS KRAFT area where WREATH MAKING and CENTREPIECE classes with LEIS DES BUDS will be taking place (sign up required). There will also be a TREE FARM beside the area, where you can select your magnificent, large-sized real trees for the season with pull up parking to load it up in your car!
Entry is free and all ages are welcome with the first 100 attendees daily receiving a complimentary holiday face covering from kuverUP. Masks and vaccine card for ages 12+ required.
