Vancouver’s oldest vegetarian and vegan restaurant is up for sale.
The Kitsilano building that Naam Restaurant calls home on West 4th, along with the restaurant business, has just been listed for $7,995,000.
The Naam Cafe was founded in the Heart of Kitsilano back in 1968 when West 4th was still called Rainbow Road.
Located at 2724 West 4th Avenue, the building is billed as a future redevelopment property but the sale price also includes the ground floor restaurant.
According to the real estate listing, the Naam Restaurant has revenues of over $1,500,000 annually. The building also has a two bedroom suite on the second level.
