Veridian Green, the condo development at West 4th and Collingwood, is nearing completion. While Veridian Green is a lot smaller than The Vine (Broadway & Vine), the similarity is actually quite striking. The Vine has a London Drugs and a Marketplace IGA, Veridian Green will feature a Pharmasave and a Marketplace IGA.
Veridian Green will also house a Starbucks, raising the number of recent ‘bucks openings in and around Kits to three (one in the Black Swan, one in Duke on Dunbar, and now one in Veridian).
There is still a store front in the Vine that has paper covering the windows (2280 West Broadway, between LD and the IGA), so there’s still a chance the similarities will further increase.
